The Name's Obama -- BARACK Obama
Think of it: We are talking about a man who compiled not one but two autobiographical works before the age of 46. We are talking about an ambitious politician intent on establishing his foreign policy cred. Yet he refused to mention a dangerous trip to Pakistan which he made at a time when travel to that country was discouraged by the State Department. That country was then the focus of the CIA's largest covert operation, the supplying of the Afghan mujahadeen.  full story
Obama Punishes Honduras for Refusing
to Reinstate Bullying Dictator
The Obama Administration has decided to block travel by the people of Honduras to the United States to punish their country for its Supreme Court's refusal to back the return to power of Honduras's ex-president and would-be dictator, Manuel Zelaya, who is backed by left-wing Latin American dictators like Castro and Chavez. The Obama Administration is now blocking the issuance of nearly all visas, meaning that a Honduran grandma who wants to visit her grandkids in the United States can't.  full story
Congress Seeks to Authorize and
Legalize FEMA Camp Facilities
A bill was introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives called the National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645. This bill if passed into law will direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish national emergency centers otherwise known as FEMA camp facilities on military installations. This is an incredibly disturbing piece of legislation considering that the powers that be have already set in motion an agenda to setup a nationwide marital law apparatus through U.S. Northern Command and the DHS.  full story
Independent Investigation into Pentagon Attack Yields Alarming Information
A three year independent investigation into the September 11, 2001 attack on the Pentagon has yielded new eyewitness evidence which, according to the Southern California-based researchers who conducted the investigation, "conclusively (and unfortunately) establishes as a historical fact that the violence which took place in Arlington that day was not the result of a surprise attack by suicide hijackers, but rather a military black operation involving a carefully planned and skillfully executed deception."  full story
23 GOP Senators to Host September Event for Grayson
Kentucky Secretary of State Trey Grayson's official Senate campaign announcement tour will kick off Wednesday morning in Edgewood, Ky., but Grayson's fan club on Capitol Hill won't have to wait long to see him in person. The NRSC has not officially endorsed Grayson but the location of the event and the fact that NRSC Chairman John Cornyn (Texas) is one of the hosts of the fundraiser is a good indication of where the committee's loyalties lie in the race.  full story
Florida Candidate For Mayor Wants 1,000-Strong Youth Spy Force
A frontrunner to become Mayor of Orange County Florida proposes to combat crime in the area by creating a 1,000 person strong spy force who would cruise around neighborhoods on bikes reporting suspicious behavior to uniformed supervisors, a creepy program with dark undertones of the Hitler Youth program of 1930's Nazi Germany. Matthew Falconer, who professes to be a Libertarian, has been handing out a business card to potential voters outlining his platform.  full story
Students' Take-home Assignment: Census Kits
Anyone tempted to ignore the 2010 Census will have a tough time doing it -- especially if they have kids in school. The government has launched Census in Schools, an all-out campaign targeting superintendents, principals, teachers, students and, indirectly, parents, as schools open across the nation this month and next. The message: The Census is coming and here's why everyone should care.  full story
Senate Bill Would Give President Emergency Control of Internet
A Senate bill would offer President Obama emergency control of the Internet and may give him a "kill switch" to shut down online traffic by seizing private networks -- a move cybersecurity experts worry will choke off industry and civil liberties. Details of a revamped version of the Cybersecurity Act of 2009 emerged late Thursday, months after an initial version authored by Sen. Jay Rockefeller, D-W.V., was blasted in Silicon Valley as dangerous government intrusion.  full story

A 10-year-old homeschool girl described as "well liked, social and interactive with her peers, academically promising and intellectually at or superior to grade level" has been told by a NH court official to attend a govt. school because she was too "vigorous" in defense of her Christian faith. The Coming Media Bailout
"The FTC is planning 2 days of workshops in Dec. titled 'From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?' to examine the state of the news industry." This ominous development ought to scare the pants off of anyone concerned with the maintenance of a free society and the continued existence of dissent in an increasingly conformist profession where "journalists" are often reduced to the status of mere stenographers as they eagerly communicate to the masses the words, wishes, wit, and wisdom of government officials.  full story
Sibel Edmonds' Deposition: Video and Transcript Released
Thanks to a subpoena issued by the campaign of Ohio's 2nd District Democratic U.S. Congressional candidate David Krikorian, her remarkable allegations of blackmail, bribery, espionage, infiltration, and criminal conspiracy by current and former members of the U.S. Congress, high-ranking State and Defense Department officials, and agents of the government of Turkey are seen and heard here, in full, for the first time, in her under-oath deposition. Obama's Summer of Discontent
A political class, and a media elite, that glamorized the protest against the Iraq war, that branded the Bush presidency as a reign of usurpation, now wishes to be done with the tumult of political debate. Obama himself, the community organizer par excellence, is full of lament that the "loudest voices" are running away with the national debate. Liberalism in righteous opposition, liberalism in power: The rules have changed. It was true to script, and to necessity, that Mr. Obama would try to push through his sweeping program--the change in the health-care system, a huge budget deficit, the stimulus package, the takeover of the automotive industry--in record time.  full story
Jewish Collaborators with the Enemies of Israel
Some of the individuals waging an all out war on American college campuses against Israrel and the Jews are themselves Jewish. Some have called them "non-Jewish" or "self-hating" Jews. What is undeniable is that in the role they have chosen, these individuals are collaborating, often openly and without apology, with groups such as Hamas and Hizbollah and states such as Ahmadinejad's Iran that call for a new genocide.  full story
Geithner: Auditing the Fed Is a "Line That We Don't Want to Cross"
In an interview released today by Digg and WSJ, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner was pressured about the growing popular movement to Audit the Fed spearheaded by Ron Paul. A visibly uncomfortable Geithner attempts to dismiss the question. When Geithner is again pressed on the issue, he makes the stunning assertion that conducting an audit of the Federal Reserve, something never before done in its 96 year history, is a "line that we don't want to cross," proclaiming that such a move would be "problematic for the country."  full story
Fidel Castro Says Racist Right-wingers Fight Obama
"President Barack Obama is trying to make positive changes in the United States, but is being fought at every turn by right-wingers who hate him because he is black", former Cuban leader Fidel Castro said on Tuesday. In an unusually conciliatory column in the state-run media, Castro said Obama had inherited many problems from his predecessor, George W. Bush, and was trying to resolve them. But the "powerful extreme right won't be happy with anything that diminishes their prerogatives in the slightest way."  full story
Real US Unemployment Rate at 16 Percent: Fed Official
The real US unemployment rate is 16 percent if persons who have dropped out of the labor pool and those working less than they would like are counted, a Federal Reserve official said Wednesday. Israel Turns Up The Heat to Evict Bedouin from Desert Lands
The inhabitants of the Bedouin village of Amra have good reason to fear that the harsh tactics used by the Israeli army against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank have been imported to their small corner of Israel's Negev desert. Over the summer, the Tarabin tribe, all of them Israeli citizens, have had the sole access road to their homes sealed off, while the dirt track they must use instead is regularly blocked by temporary checkpoints at which their papers and vehicles are inspected at length.  full story
Judge Orders Fed to Disclose Who Received Bailout Trillions
A NY District Judge has ordered the Fed to disclose the destination of around $2 trillion dollars in bailout funds after the Fed failed to convince the Judge that the records should be exempt from the Freedom of Information Act. David Axelrod's Ties Targeted in Health Fight
Critics of President Obama's health-care overhaul are zeroing in on his senior adviser David Axelrod, whose former partners at a Chicago-based firm are the beneficiaries of huge ad buys now at $24 million and counting by White House allies in the reform fight. A separate firm, GMMB, is also handling the campaigns. Coffee, Tea, or Should We Feel Your Pregnant
Wife's Breasts Before Throwing You in a Cell?
At the security checkpoint I was led aside for the "inspection" that's all the rage at airports these days. My shoes were removed. I was told to take off my sweater, then to fold over the waistband of my pants. My baseball hat, hastily jammed on my head at 5 AM, was removed and assiduously examined ("Anything could be in here, sir," I was told, after I asked what I could hide in a baseball hat. Yeah. Anything.) Soon I was standing on one foot, my arms stretched out, the other leg sticking out in front of me à la a DUI test.  full story

Kenya's Lions Could Vanish within 10 Years
Kenya has been losing 100 lions a year for the past seven years, leaving the country with just 2000 of its famous big cats, says the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) – which concludes the country could have no wild lions at all in 20 years. Conservationists have blamed habitat destruction, disease and conflict with humans for the population collapse. Decline of the big cats is due to the inexorable growth in human population and consequent conflict with people over livestock, rather than disease.  full story
White House Deficit Estimate Jumps -- by $2 Trillion
The Obama administration expects the federal deficit over the next decade to be $2 trillion bigger than previously estimated, White House officials said Friday. The new projection, to be announced on Tuesday, is for a cumulative 2010-2019 deficit of $9 trillion instead of the $7 trillion previously estimated. The new figure reflects slumping revenues from a worse economic picture than was expected earlier this year. The officials spoke only on the condition of anonymity ahead of next week's announcement.  full story
Demand Rises for Publicly Funded Burials
Coroners and funeral directors in several cities say the number of people seeking government-paid funerals, cremations and burials is spiking. Most counties and states will use public money to cremate or bury people who are too poor to pay for private services. "People just aren't in a position to pay $7,000 for a private funeral and burial," says Lt. David Smith of the LA County Coroner's Office, where the number of people seeking county burial has nearly doubled since last year.  full story
Who Are The Association of Community
Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN)?
The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) is a grassroots political organization that grew out of George Wiley's National Welfare Rights Organization (NWRO), whose members in the late 1960s and early 1970s invaded welfare offices across the U.S. -- often violently -- bullying social workers and loudly demanding every penny to which the law "entitled" them. In the late Sixties, ACORN co-founder Wade Rathke was an NWRO organizer and a protegé of Wiley. Rathke also organized a draft-resistance campaign for the militant group Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) during the same period.  full story
Little Miss PC Southern Belle
Neocon Kathleen Parker has written an amazing piece of tediously conventional anti-Southern trash in the Washington Post. Parker blames the dereliction of the GOP, which has become a party with barely noticeable distinctions from its Democratic opponent, on "ignorant, right-wing, Bible-thumping rednecks." Miss Parker, in her bigoted sketch making modern Southerners look like slaveholder wannabees, refers to a sense of a resurgent Old South and all the attendant pathologies of festering hate and fear."  full story

Common Sense 2009
Obama wants to increase the oversight power of the Federal Reserve. Never mind that it already had significant oversight power before our most recent economic meltdown, yet failed to take action. Never mind that the Fed is not a govt. agency but a cartel of private bankers that cannot be held accountable by Washington. Whatever the Fed does with these supposed new oversight powers will be behind closed doors. Obama's failure to act sends one message loud and clear: He cannot stand up to the powerful Wall Street interests that supplied the bulk of his campaign money for the 2008 election.  full story

Jake Towne's Health Care Platform
Our health care is simply too important to be left to bureaucrats in Washington, plus it is unconstitutional. I strongly disapprove of the Democrats' Obamacare and also the incumbent Republican's "Medical Rights and Reform Act" as both are simply matching strains of the same disease - socialized medicine. Beyond establishing a framework of laws and acts for a competitive free market, running health care is simply not a duty of the federal government, and is best left to individuals and privatized insurance.  full story

Why Are Internment Camps Being Built?
The Internet is abuzz with news about the construction of internment camps all across America. Of course, "mainstream" media outlets refuse to touch the subject; or if they do, they pooh-pooh the story; they do what Glenn Beck recently did: try to debunk the story as fallacious and impugn people who speak of it as "conspiracy nuts." The fact that the Becks, Hannitys, Limbaughs, and O'Reillys of the media circus refuse to deal with the construction of large numbers of internment camps does not make them disappear, however.  full story

I Read The Bill
This provision grants the Government "as determined by the Secretary" the power to come into your home and evaluate the means by which they might improve the maternal or child health, with specific reference to the "outcomes" (note the plural language here) and/or intervals between pregnancies. Please note the language carefully. The only legitimate, God-authorized "outcome" of a pregnancy is BIRTH. The only other outcome would be abortion. In addition, the Govt. is going to tell the God-fearing family when they can or cannot have children.  full story
The Start Of The Second American Revolution?
For a long time people have been asking why Americans are not up in arms, screaming and shouting about their fast disappearing liberties along with the continuous passage of legislation that they vehemently oppose, from the banker bailout, to the cap and trade bill, to Obamacare. Well now they are screaming and shouting -- and if the momentum continues to build, this rebellion could be the spark to ignite the second American revolution.  full story
The Leaderless Revolution
A revolution is taking place in America. It's as intangible as the whispering wind. Yet as ineluctable as mounting gale. To the politicians, it's still but a passing breeze rustling the hair at the nape of the neck. To the grassroots masses, it's rushing torrent destined to sweep the elite from the Halls of Power. And one can hear it loud and clear in the angry outpourings at "Town Hall" meetings where sputtering politicians are driven from the podiums and forced to seek shelter behind a phalanx of guards.  full story

Obama Spies Monitoring Jews House-to-house
Obama has called for a complete halt to what he refers to as settlement activity, meaning Jewish construction in eastern Jerusalem or the West Bank. Obama's edict extends to natural growth, or accommodating for the housing needs of existing local settler population centers. The demand is an apparent abrogation of a deal Israel struck with the Bush admin. to allow natural growth.  full story
Guantanamo Ex-prisoners Get Jobs on Golf Course
Four Guantanamo prisoners who were released to Bermuda in June have been given jobs tending a public golf course on the tiny Atlantic island. The four members of China's Muslim Uighur minority began working last week to help prepare the lush, seaside Port Royal course to host the PGA Grand Slam of Golf in October. The hiring raised eyebrows in the British territory, where employers can only take on foreigners if no qualified local wants the job.

ObamaCare in Trouble
The polls are crumbling because of a flood of bad news about Mr. Obama's health-care proposals. One batch of such news came from a July 17 study by the Lewin Group that was commissioned by the Heritage Foundation. It projects that if the House bill becomes law, 83.4 million people, nearly half of those with private coverage, will lose private insurance as employers drop their plans. Mr. Obama's promise that you can keep your plan is being left on the cutting room floor with nary a peep from the president.  full story

The Obama Joker Poster and the Hypocritical Liberal Left
The liberal and progressive Democrat hypocrites are at it again. Isn't it fascinating that when leftists poked fun of GW Bush to the point of calling him Hitler and Satan it was just reasonable caricature and commentary but when conservatives and libertarians call Obama a socialist (which he is) it suddenly becomes "mean spirited and dangerous"? Earl Ofari Hutchinson says, "Depicting the president as demonic and a socialist goes beyond political spoofery," says Hutchinson, "it is mean-spirited and dangerous."  full story

Britain To Put CCTV Cameras Inside Private Homes
£400 million ($668 million) will be spend on installing and monitoring CCTV cameras in the homes of private citizens. Why? To make sure the kids are doing their homework, going to bed early and eating their vegetables. The scheme has, astonishingly, already been running in 2,000 family homes.. The government's "children's secretary" Ed Balls is behind the plan, which is aimed at problem, antisocial families. The idea is that, if a child has a more stable home life, he or she will be less likely to stray into crime and drugs.  full story

Obamacare to Dump Expensive Elderly in Group Homes
There seems to be a patient dumping plan that will move the elderly away from more expensive medical procedures and place them in an institutionalized "home" setting reminiscent of some bad horror movie mad-house scene. The House bill proposes to lower hospital visits by older patients by referring them to what is being called a "medical home pilot program." This will be a new sort of institution set up to accept the elderly that isn't staffed with doctors and high cost medical equipment but is instead staffed by nurse practitioners and other less trained personnel.  full story

The Jackasses Did It: House Passed Seizure
of the US Food Supply and Production
Despite some really eloquent speeches to the contrary, our "for sale" House of Representatives passed the Food Fascism Act euphemistically called a food safety act, by a margin of about 140 over the naysayer's. True to form, Rosa DeLauro spoke about things she knows nothing about and couldn't care less; Rosa just loves her some Monsanto! And that exclusion for farms??? Gone! And that includes you organic idiots who thought you had kissed enough behinds to have your industry excluded.  full story
Bombshell: Bin Laden Worked for U.S. Until 9/11
Former FBI translator Sibel Edmonds dropped a bombshell on the Mike Malloy radio show. In the interview, Sibel says that the US maintained 'intimate relations' with Bin Laden, and the Taliban, "all the way until that day of September 11." These 'intimate relations' included using Bin Laden for 'operations' in Central Asia, including Xinjiang, China. These 'operations' involved using al Qaeda and the Taliban in the same manner "as we did during the Afghan and Soviet conflict," that is, fighting 'enemies' via proxies.  full story
