Florida HS Forces Students to Partake in Pro-Obama Rally and DNC Video |
Out of Marin County, Florida, comes a very distressing story about abuse of high school students by school administrators at Martin County High School. On March 16, more than 2000 students gathered on the football field of Martin County High School during school hours when they were mandated to be there. They were made to chant the Barack Obama campaign slogan "Yes, we can!". There was no information given to parents either by notice or on the website of Martin County High School. full story |

Healthcare Bill Exempts Congress and Staff |
The fascist democrats obstructed an amendment that forced themselves and their crony staff from being put into the same lot with the rest of us. Of course, why wouldn't they? They are a bunch of fascist looting criminal thieves intent on destroying this country at all costs. They have no morals. They have no respect for freedom or liberty. They have no respect for the constitution. As with all tyrannical governments -- laws are for the little people. full story |

J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. is nearing a deal that would allow it to benefit from a tax refund of as much as $1.4 billion, becoming the latest company to tap a little-noticed plank in an economic stimulus bill. Many other companies have benefited from the 2009 tax-refund law already. According to an analysis of securities filings by The Wall Street Journal, more than 250 companies have so far said they expect to get about $12 billion in federal tax refunds under the law. full story |

Conclusion to Lies The Government Told You |
This lust is in the heart of all in govt. who lie, who break the laws they have sworn to uphold, and who violate the Constitution they are committed to preserve. They lie to enhance and retain their power over us. Justice Antonin Scalia has commented that courts should refrain from reading what members of the legislative branch have publicly stated about a law when the courts are endeavoring to interpret the meaning of that law. It doesn't matter, he has argued many times, why they say they voted for any given law. They only do so, he maintains, for one reason: To get reelected... full story |

November, 2010: More Rearranging of Deck Chairs |
You've probably heard the expression, "Rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic," which refers to making futile changes to a failing situation. This November's elections will be such a case of rearranging the deck chairs on Titanic America, because the real problem that needs to be addressed is systemic, and serious systemic changes need to be made. There will be those who will say, "No, no, don't say that, we have a chance to win back both the House and the Senate this November!" But these are times that call for a dose of reality. full story |

We're All Doomed and Washington Can't Do Anything About It |
Washington is patting itself on the back for having orchestrated an amazing economic recovery. But Washington lawmakers are a delusional bunch of boneheads, say Marc Faber and Mike "Mish" Shedlock, editor of the Gloom, Boom, and Doom Report and investment advisor at SitkaPacific Capital Management, respectively. The economy is NOT recovering, they say, and the U.S. faces a depressing "eventuality" of either crushing deflation (Shedlock) or runaway inflation (Faber). full story |

While Government Treats Citizens as Terrorists, Mexican Military Invades U.S. |
While the U.S. government and federal authorities busy themselves targeting American citizens as domestic terrorists, it seems they couldn't care less about the fact that the military of a foreign power is flying around American airspace with wanton abandon. Residents of Falcon Heights, a south Texas border town, saw a Mexican helicopter hovering over a house shortly after 6pm on Tuesday night. The chopper conducted surveillance for about 15 minutes before flying back to Mexico. full story |

Government Plans to Take Social Security from Elderly for Unpaid Loans |
A little-noticed law could soon result in smaller Social Security checks for hundreds of thousands of the elderly and disabled who owe the U.S. money from defaulted loans and other debts more than a decade old. Social Security benefits are off-limits to creditors, such as credit-card companies and banks. But the U.S. can collect debts to federal agencies by "offsetting," or withholding Social Security and disability payments. full story |

National ID Cards Won't Stop Terrorism or Illegal Immigration |
Absent a political miracle in the Senate, within two years every American will need a conforming national ID card to participate in ordinary activities. This REAL ID Act establishes a massive, centrally-coordinated database of highly personal information about American citizens: at a minimum their name, date of birth, place of residence, Social Security number, and physical characteristics. The legislation also grants open-ended authority to the Secretary of Homeland Security to require biometric information on IDs in the future. full story |

Census Data Not So Confidential After All |
In preparation for this year's census, 140,000 workers were hired to collect GPS readings for every front door in the nation. Such pinpoint precision will certainly simplify the process of locating any individual or group that may be identified as a threat to "national security" in the future. Remember, for example, the '76 Senate Report in which 26,000 Americans were slated for roundup by the FBI in the event of a national emergency at the height of the Cold War. Now that the U.S. Govt's Terrorist Watchlist has exceeded one million, the GPS data acquired could be instrumental in accomplishing such a roundup. full story |

ID Card for Workers Is at Center of Immigration Plan |
Lawmakers working to craft a new comprehensive immigration bill have settled on a way to prevent employers from hiring illegal immigrants: a national biometric identification card all American workers would eventually be required to obtain. Under the potentially controversial plan still taking shape in the Senate, all legal U.S. workers, including citizens and immigrants, would be issued an ID card with embedded information, such as fingerprints, to tie the card to the worker. full story |

The legitimacy of Barack Obama's presidency is being questioned by a group of American activists. Hate Laws Could Label 5-year-olds 'Offenders' |
A British Christian organization reports children as young as 5 years old soon could have their names added to "hate registers" of people accused of showing disrespect to homosexuality in violation of "hate crimes" laws. Already a 10-year-old child was added to the registry after he called a friend a "gay boy." The case was reported by the London Daily Mail, which said teachers are being ordered to write up even minor incidents as "serious bullying" and add them to a database that will follow a student through a school career. full story |

My Plan for a Freedom President |
Since my 2008 campaign for the presidency I have often been asked, "How would a constitutionalist president go about dismantling the welfare-warfare state and restoring a constitutional republic?" This is a very important question, because without a clear road map and set of priorities, such a president runs the risk of having his pro-freedom agenda stymied by the various vested interests that benefit from big government. full story |

MSNBC Continues Propaganda Campaign against Patriot Groups |
Anti-patriot propaganda has reached a fevered pitch in the corporate media. In the MSNBC segment below, Contessa Brewer interviews Mark Potok of the Southern Poverty Law Center. Brewer prefaces her interview with Potok - who is now a fixture of the ongoing propaganda campaign - by stating that opposition to the government is "fueled in part by anger over the troubled economy," the fact Obama is African-American, and "immigration issues" (in other words, illegal aliens streaming across the border). full story |

Weed Killer 'Castrates' Male Frogs |
Atrazine, a weed killer widely used in the Midwestern United States and other agricultural areas of the world, can chemically "castrate" male frogs and turn some into females, according to a new study. Researchers found that long-term exposure to low levels of atrazine -- 2.5 parts per billion of water -- emasculated three-quarters of laboratory frogs and turned one in 10 into females. Scientists believe the pesticide interferes with endocrine hormones, such as estrogen and testosterone. full story |

Global Ecosystemic Meltdown! |
Global Ecosystemic Meltdown! Sounds scary, doesn't it? That is the latest term for global warming coined by Daphne Wysham, a major climate alarmist at the Institute for Policy Studies. In a recent podcast interview with OpEdNews.com's Rob Kall titled "DAPHNE WYSHAM climate change- how to respond to global warming deniers, when they point to snow 02 17 2010" the two shamelessly discussed how to propagandize the world about the Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW) hoax. full story |

Jefferson vs Lincoln: America Must Choose |
Over the course of American history, there has been no greater conflict of visions than that between Thomas Jefferson's voluntary republic, founded on the natural right of peaceful secession, and Abraham Lincoln's permanent empire, founded on the violent denial of that same right. That these two men somehow shared a common commitment to liberty is a lie so monstrous and so absurd that its pervasiveness in popular culture utterly defies logic. full story |
